Story Leads Annual Issue Ranking Largest Rotomolders in North America

Madison, IN: Laundry product manufacturer Meese, Madison, IN (Meese-inc.com) earned the coveted front cover story in the 2016 Rotational Molders Ranking issue of Plastics News, the magazine reporting on trends and innovations in the plastics industry worldwide. Revisiting the company that pioneered the use of rotational molding for manufacturing laundry carts, trucks and containers, the in-depth story entitled “Pushing the Cart Forward” announced, “It’s a new era for a tried-and-true brand” for Meese under the leadership of President and COO J.R. Ryan. The story by Gayle S. Putrich covered the company’s recent process innovations, plans for growth, emphasis on skilled, dedicated team members, and its key product lines, referring to the laundry carts as the backbone of the business.

The story featured the company’s best-selling Poly-Trux(R) 90P laundry cart on the front cover to represent its complete line of bulk laundry carts that are designed to suit every type of linen transportation requirement. A proprietary, in-mold foaming technique being used to add extra strength and durability without adding extra weight was also highlighted. The innovative foaming process is being used for rotomolding recreational watercraft and a variety of other products. The Plastics News rotational molding issue ranked the company as the 16th largest rotational molder in North America out of the top 100 rotational molders and noted its affiliation with the iconic laundry industry brand, Tingue. A member of the Tingue family of companies, MODRoto designs and manufactures plastic carts, bulk containers and other products in four plants nationally.
