Capacity Built for Commercial Volume
The 72P holds 38 bushels (48 cubic feet) with an 800 lb. load capacity. It fits hospital laundry departments, hospitality operations, industrial laundries, and textile rental facilities running high daily linen volume.
HDPE Construction That Holds Up
The body is rotationally molded from waterproof, chemical-resistant High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) — stronger and lighter than the LLDPE and ABS plastic used in competing carts. A heavy-duty powder coated steel base and torque-resistant molded-in inserts keep the structure solid under daily use. The metal-free interior protects linens from snags and tears.
Premium Casters, Standard
Four 6″ x 2″ gray rubber, non-marking premium casters come standard. An 8″ x 2″ upgrade is available for rougher floors. Choose all-swivel for maneuverability in tight spaces or 2-rigid/2-swivel for directional stability under heavier loads.
Optional Security Features
For healthcare, hospitality, and other sensitive environments, the 72P supports an optional rotomolded, hinged, lockable lid and door system. It secures linens during transport, deters theft, and keeps contents contained between the wash floor and delivery.
Configuration Options
Eight standard color options make it easy to color-code by department or facility. Additional options include nylon cart covers, an extra-low ergonomic front cutaway, and custom stencil or mold-in branding.
